Order Cancellation Policy
This page explains when an order can be canceled and how the cancellation process works.
All cancellation requests are reviewed based on the current order status confirmed by customer service.
Cancellation Eligibility
An order may be eligible for cancellation under the following conditions.
Before Payment
Orders that have not been paid can be canceled directly.
After Payment but Before Preparation
Orders that are paid but have not yet entered preparation may still be canceled.
Before Quality Check (QC)
Orders can be canceled without conditions before the QC process begins.
After QC Completion
If QC has already been completed, cancellation may require case-by-case discussion.
The final decision depends on the specific model and order status.
Order Status Confirmation
Whether a cancellation request can be accepted depends on the order status confirmed by customer service.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Some orders cannot be canceled once they reach certain stages.
Custom Products
Orders may not be canceled if they include customized specifications, such as:
Specific watch straps
Specific dial configurations
Limited batch versions
Special Inventory Models
Certain models prepared through special inventory arrangements may not be eligible for cancellation.
Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Cancellation Process
If you need to cancel an order, the process follows three steps:
Submit a cancellation request to customer support.
Customer service reviews the order status.
Cancellation confirmation and refund processing if the request is approved.
Refund Speed
If a cancellation request is approved, the refund process will begin promptly.
Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours after approval.
For payments made via credit card or PayPal, the final processing time depends on the payment platform.
