30-Day Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days if the following conditions are met:- The product shows no obvious signs of use or cosmetic damage.
- The product functions properly and has no human-caused damage.
- The original packaging and protective materials are intact.
- All accessories, documents, and gifts are included.
If the above conditions are not met, the item does not qualify for a 30-day unconditional return.
For such cases:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
After the item is received and inspected, a refund will be arranged.
Limited Return Conditions Within 30 Days
Within 30 days after delivery, a return may be requested if any of the following occurs:- Functional failure caused by non-human factors
- Incorrect model, color, or configuration sent
- Missing accessories
- Damage during transportation
Proof Requirements
To process a return request, the following proof may be required:- High-resolution photos
- Video showing the issue
- Full unboxing video if reporting missing items or empty package

Exchange Policy
30-Day Exchange Eligibility
An exchange may be requested within 30 days after delivery if all conditions below are met:- The item is within 30 days of receipt.
- The product is unused and uninstalled, and suitable for resale.
- The original protective film has not been removed.
- The box and accessories remain complete.
- Customized, clearance, or special-price items do not support unconditional exchanges.
Exchanges Caused by Our Responsibility
Within 30 days, exchanges are supported if:- The wrong style or specification was sent.
- There is a non-human quality issue.
- The item was damaged during transportation.
Proof Requirements for Exchanges
The following materials may be required:- High-resolution photos
- Problem demonstration video
- Unboxing video for missing items or empty packages
Shipping Responsibility for Exchanges
If the issue is our responsibility:- The exchange is free of charge.
- The solution will be negotiated with the customer.
- The customer pays return shipping.
- If a replacement item is sent, additional shipping may be negotiated.
Exchange Process
- The customer submits an exchange request.
- Customer service reviews the request.
- The customer may choose:
- Reshipment, or Return first, then exchange.
