Tracking & Shipping Updates

Tracking & Shipping Updates

This page explains how tracking numbers and shipping updates work after your order is shipped. The information below outlines when tracking details appear and how updates are displayed.

When You Will Receive a Tracking Number

After an order is shipped, a tracking number is normally provided within 24 hours.

During holidays, the sending time may be slightly delayed.

If you do not receive a tracking number after shipment confirmation, you may check your order status or contact support for assistance.

When Tracking Information Becomes Active

After receiving the tracking number, the shipment record may not appear immediately.

In most cases, tracking information becomes visible within 24–48 hours.

This delay occurs because carriers require time to register the shipment in their systems.

How Often Tracking Updates Appear

Tracking updates depend on the shipping method used.

Express shipping

  • Tracking information is typically updated daily.

Special shipping lines

  • Tracking records are usually updated every 2–3 days.

Different carrier systems may update at different speeds.
Because of this, short gaps between updates can occur.

Common Tracking Situations

You may see certain tracking statuses during transit.

Tracking Not Updated for a Long Time

Sometimes the tracking record does not change for several days.

This may occur due to carrier processing or transit stages.

If the tracking shows no updates for more than 5 days, customer service can help check the shipment status.

Status Shows “Handed to Airline”

The tracking may show that the shipment has been handed to the airline.

This status means the package has entered the air transport stage.
Departure time may vary depending on flight scheduling.

Shipment Stuck in Customs

A shipment may show a customs clearance status for a period of time.

If customs processing continues for more than 7 days, a request for expedited handling may be submitted.

For more information about the clearance stage, you may review our Customs & Clearance Policy.

What to Do If Tracking Does Not Update

If tracking information does not change within the expected timeframe:

  • Wait for the normal carrier update cycle.

  • Check again after the standard update period.

  • Contact customer service for assistance.
