Pre-order & Custom Product Policy

This page explains the policy for pre-order items and custom products.
It outlines preparation timelines, confirmation requirements, and delay handling.

Pre-order Policy

Pre-order products require a preparation period before shipment.

Preparation Time

Pre-order items usually require 3–7 days for stock preparation.
This timeframe is an estimated range.

Actual preparation time depends on when the item is ready.

Quality Control Process

Once preparation is complete, the product enters the QC process.

  • QC must be completed before shipment.

  • Shipping is arranged only after QC approval.

Pre-order Cancellation

Some pre-order products may not be cancellable.

Orders that have already entered the preparation stage are generally not eligible for cancellation.


Custom Product Policy

Certain products are customized based on customer selections.

Non-returnable Custom Items

The following custom options cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom watch straps

  • Custom dials

  • Special color configurations

Confirmation Requirement

Customers must confirm all customization details before production.

Once the customization information is confirmed, it is considered the final version.

Extended Preparation Time

Custom products may require longer preparation periods.

The preparation timeline may extend depending on the customization process.


Delay Handling

Unexpected delays may occur during factory preparation.

Delay Notification

If an unexpected delay occurs, customers will be notified proactively.

Notifications may be sent via:

  • Email

  • Customer service communication channels

Customer Options

If a delay occurs, customers may choose to:

  • Continue waiting for the original item

  • Switch to another available product

Replacement options depend on current inventory availability.

Price Difference Adjustment

If a replacement product has a different price:

  • Any price difference will be adjusted according to the actual amount.

Customer Confirmation Delays

If delays occur because the customer did not confirm required information in time,
the factory is not responsible for the delay.
