  5. QC photos or videos are prepared.

  6. Customer confirms QC results.

  7. Shipment is arranged.

  8. Tracking information is provided to the customer.

Customer service follows each order after submission.
Support is available before and after the purchase.


Available Payment Methods

The following payment options may be available depending on the order situation.

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • Bank wire transfer

  • Cryptocurrency payments (USDT, BTC, ETH)

  • PayPal (limited to existing customers or special cases)

Actual available payment methods are confirmed by customer service after the order is placed.


Payment Process

Payments are handled through a confirmation process.

  1. Customer service sends payment instructions after the order.

  2. The customer completes the payment.

  3. Payment confirmation is performed.

  4. The order proceeds to preparation and QC.

Orders not paid within the specified time may be automatically cancelled.

  • Payment data is used only for order verification.

  • High-value orders may trigger additional verification.

  • Fraud prevention checks may extend processing time.


Exchange Rate & Payment Fees

All prices on the website are listed in USD.

Important notes:

  • Banks or payment providers may charge transaction fees.

  • Cryptocurrency payments use real-time exchange rates.

  • Exchange rate differences are not eligible for compensation or refund.

  • The store does not charge additional payment fees.

Order Changes or Cancellation

Order Modifications

  • Watch model, color, or version

  • Payment method (before payment)

Modification requests require the same order number.
Multiple changes may delay processing.

If logistics has already collected the parcel, address changes are not possible.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation depends on order status.

Orders may be cancelled when:

  • The order has not been paid.

  • Payment is completed but preparation has not started.

  • The order has not entered QC.

Orders may not be cancelled when:

  • The item is customized.

  • The order involves special preparation models.

  • The order has already been shipped.

Cancellation requests are reviewed by customer service.


Refund Processing

When a cancellation is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 24 hours after approval.

  • Credit card or PayPal refunds follow the payment platform’s processing time.
