Order Modification Policy

This page explains how customers can request changes to an existing order.
All modification requests must follow the rules below and depend on the order status.


What Can Be Modified

The following order details may be modified if the request is made before shipping:

  • Shipping address

  • Contact information

  • Watch strap size

  • Watch model, color, or version

  • Payment method (only before payment is completed)

All modification requests must apply to the same order number.


Modification Timeframe

Order changes depend on the current processing stage.

Before Shipment

Orders can be modified before the package is shipped.

During QC Stage

Modification requests may still be submitted during the QC stage.
However, this may affect the shipping timeline.

After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
Changes depend on the carrier’s policies.

Multiple Changes

Submitting multiple modification requests may extend the order processing time.


How to Request an Order Modification

To modify an order, follow these steps:

  1. Contact online customer support

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Customer support will confirm which items can be modified

  4. The modification will be completed and confirmation will be sent

If a modification request causes additional costs or delays,
the customer is responsible for the resulting charges or timing impact.


Modification Limitations

Some orders may have restrictions.

  • Custom orders may not be eligible for modification

  • Orders already in the preparation stage may experience delays

  • If the carrier has already collected the shipment, the shipping address cannot be modified
    Only exception handling requests may be submitted
